My name is Al Bailey, and I have lived in Altadena for many years. My children graduated from local

schools and universities here in Southern Cal. Our family still lives in the area, and we attend a local

church.

I’ve been a part of the transformation of Pasadena and Altadena as it has changed from an area that was

redlined by many banks to a community that is home to neighborhoods with hipster ambiance and

vegan food, local coffee shops, hiking trails, and many niche businesses. There’s even a “Bunny

Museum” located in Altadena. And it’s still considered a great place to live.
